• We offer a 7-day return period from the date of delivery.
• If you wish to return a product, you must first submit a return request through our website or customer care.
• Once your request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 3-5 working days.
• Please note: We do not offer direct payment refunds under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy
• We also offer a 7-day exchange period for size or color-related issues.
• To exchange a product, you must submit an exchange request first.

Important Notes:
• For both returns and exchanges, shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact for return/exchange approval.
